1. Delivery Locations & Timelines

• Coverage: We currently deliver to select PIN codes within Chennai. You can verify if your area is eligible by entering your PIN code on our homepage.
• Standard Delivery: We strive to deliver all orders within 2-3 business days from the order date.
• Holidays: Orders are not processed or dispatched on National Holidays. Delivery timelines may also vary slightly due to unforeseen external factors like extreme weather or transport delays.

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees vary based on your location. The exact charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your PIN code.

3. Order Tracking & Missed Deliveries

• Tracking: You will receive SMS notifications with updates regarding your delivery status.
• Missed Deliveries (Chennai): If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our local delivery partners will automatically reschedule the delivery for the next business day.
• Proof of Delivery (POD): A POD can be requested and will be provided within two days of the request.

4. Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Cancelling an Order: Orders can be cancelled strictly within 2 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please call our customer support team directly at [Insert Phone Number].
• Updating Your Address or Phone Number: If you need to change your delivery address or contact details, please email Customer_Care@winbees.in. If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can also call our customer support number for an immediate update.
